Stepped Coupling
DN: 50–3000 mm | PN: 10–25 bar Stepped couplings connect plain-ended pipes with different outside diameters or different materials. They provide a fast mechanical joint without threading, beveling, welding or flanging the pipe ends.
Application:
Stepped couplings join plain-ended pipes with different outside diameters or different materials. The coupling is selected from the pipe sizes and outside diameters provided by the customer.
Product Features:
- Fast installation without special tools
- No bonding, welding, beveling or threading of pipe ends
- Suitable for PVC, GRP, ductile-iron and steel pipelines
- Rubber gaskets absorb vibration and help compensate for temperature-related movement
- Angular flexibility in accordance with AWWA C219
Corrosion Protection:
Electrostatic epoxy powder coating with a minimum thickness of 250 µm, certified for potable-water service by reputable international institutions.
